Volunteers truly make our world go round here at FBR. This year, we expect to log over 63,000 hours to volunteer time...the equivalent of 29 full-time employees! Can you imagine where we would be without these dedicated individuals, groups, corporations and students? Because of their donations of time, we can serve 4.8 million more meals to our neighbors in need through our partner agencies.
One such group who recently volunteered at FBR was Comcast. Each year, they organize what they call "Comcast Cares Day," where large groups volunteer on a Saturday at a local charity. FBR was fortunate to be one of those charities! Over 100 employees and family members spent 5 hours painting the interior of FBR's warehouse and office areas, giving our space the fresh update it needed!
